Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping within Scandinavia when orders are delivered to a designated pickup location. Home delivery within Scandinavia is available for a shipping fee of 79 NOK.
Shipping to EU countries is offered at a flat rate of 179 NOK. All applicable VAT is included and covered by us.
Shipping times and carriers may vary depending on destination.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is shipped back within this period.
All returned pieces must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return fees may vary depending on destination, including differences between EU and international returns.
If a parcel is not collected from the pickup location and is returned to us, any return shipping and handling fees incurred will be charged to the customer.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
Once approved, return instructions and a return label will be provided.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@maisonamrah.com with your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue.
We will review the matter and assist in finding an appropriate solution.
